Maryona

During her stay on the outskirts of the hewn city, Maryona met Abraham, a painfully shy young Imperial who's small lived in a ruined shrine near a copper mine in the hewn city. the mine and clan, all of whom were coppery colored, were heavily guarded by Phthalo's clan, who didn't seam to appreciate Maryona poking around it, or talking to Abraham. intrigued by the whole operation, and the cute dragon she had met, Maryona continued investigating the mine, and sneaking off to see Abraham.

Eventually she gave up her goal of traveling the world, and decided to join Phthalo's clan and become a record keeper. With a little string pulling from her friends, She got the job of keeping records for the copper mine, which allowed her to spend a lot more time with Abraham. The pair eventually fell in love, and then Maryona learned she was going to have dragonets. Afraid of what Phthalo would do if he discovered she had bred without his permission, Maryona gave her newly laid eggs to her mate Abraham, and begged for him to hide them within his clan.

Maryona remained in Phthalo's clan for a time, sneaking out to visit her mate and children whenever she could. Eventually, Mighty the Guardian arrived and took charge of the Coppershrine, vowing to protect it from Phthalo. Phthalo's clan engaged in a long war with Mighty, but eventually gave up to pursue other ventures. Now that Phthalo no longer controlled the Coppershrine's territory, Maryona felt it was safe to leave Phthalo's clan and live full time with her family. Two of her children have since left to peruse other ventures, but Maryona's daughter Cola remained, and the two have since become much closer.
