Field Division | Warrior | Antisocial
he/him | cishet

___plaguev2.png
Once a wanderer in the Wastelands, Carmelita was raised by dragons who'd only ever known struggle and death. The environment was harsh, and the faces there even harsher. Carmelita has slaughtered many a dragon in his time, and lives by the motto of "you either kill or get killed". As such, working alongside other warriors is rather new to him, and he'd rather work alone. He frequently expresses to his comrades that he won't hesitate to turn on them if the opportunity arises - and his words have rang true on at least one occasion. Carmelita is haughty and antisocial, and takes everything said to him personally, so other dragons must step on eggshells around him. He holds grudges, and never forgets slights against him, enacting punishment in the more opportune times. Vultur allows him to get away with this as long as there's no large detriment to the Guild's activities.

His arrogance causes him to clash often with the more dedicated members of the Field Division, like Arrowhead or Stalker, but he dares not cross them because he recognizes that they're "off-limits". As such, he often targets the younger and newer members of the Guild, obsessed with constructing and upkeeping a hierarchy that places he and the other experienced Field Division members on top. He's known for being a loose cannon, and newer Guild members are advised to avoid him unless they wish to be ... "indoctrinated". Apart from being the resident bully, he's a merciless and skilled combatant, entering a state of rabid bloodlust when in battle, eyes glazed over and unresponsive to reason - and for this reason, Vultur values him as a warrior. In times of silence, Guild members report seeing Carmelita snapping at the air and muttering curses to invisible figures. Others swear they catch glimpses of smoky, wispy figures crawling over the Ridgeback's scales. No one's had the gall to confront Carmelita yet, but rumors about the Guild speak of the warrior being haunted by the spirits of those he's slain in cold blood ...

NYCTOPHOBIA______
Vultur's affair with Phobi is a manipulative arms race. Both are convinced of their power over the other. It's unlikely that they hold any real affection towards eachother.

OAMLLYA______
Vultur's loyal and trusted scout, always perched atop her shoulder. She turns a blind eye to his immoral doings as long as the Guild prospers.

ARROWHEAD____
Vultur's protégé and personal attendant. Taken in as a hatchling, the stunted Imperial does any and all things the Mirror commands.

FAMILIAR__________________________________________
Vultur's favored familiar is a Flesh Forager. Vultur has gone though several birds in her time as Guildmaster of Emperor's Bane, the current of which being named Carrion. Her packs used to raise the raptors to assist in hunting and sending messages, a tradition that Vultur alone maintains. She buys the trained familiars from a respectable falconer settled on Rotrock Rim, taking the journey herself on foot. Carrion is extremely well-trained, able to follow his dragon's complex orders to assist with Field Division work - and also has no qualms with attacking on command. As Vultur directs her troops on the ground, Carrion circles above her, giving the Mirror an extra set of eagle-eyes.
