Forest

Food Merchant Forest is a farmer from a foreign island and after harvesting crops when they're ready, she sails to Sornieth to sell! She doesn't mind staying in one place for long periods at a time, as long as she can grow her crops, she'll have plenty of treasure and other various items to keep. She also met a great guy while finding a place to set up shop. Orion is her mate and the fact that she's met him here, of all places, it seems like they're soulmates. Forest will do her best on trying to make a living for herself, her mate, and her future children. She can and will go to war for her family and her friends that she's made a long the way in her journey of being a merchant, even if it means she'd loose everything from her license as a merchant to her home in Oceanside Port... Though it may not be for a long time yet but she will do what she can as off right now. "I know I can't stay here forever but at least I love being with everyone here... I really don't want to leave."

Forest does her best for trying to keep her business up and running on her home island while she's here but she may need to go and shut it down as it doesn't get much customers. At least she's done everything she could. Orion will occasionally come with her to see where she grew up and hear stories that weren't told the previous times he went. Forest doesn't mind that he's learning all the stories that she's heard before and will continue to hear every time she goes, maybe even hear the occasional new story. She'll also bring stories from her life in this town and where she may want to go in the future. From growing her crops to meeting different faces for sales to having Orion as a mate.. What could go wrong? Surely not any kind of famine and war will make her lose her hopes of growing her crops. Forest cares too much for this town to only have to leave after seeing it crumble. This town made Forest realize that it's ok to settle for a while and the occasional trips back to her home island makes her miss living there but she doesn't mind. This way, she'd can calm her homesickness enough to stay in Oceanside Port. Though her heart will forever remain with those from her home island, loving the dragons there much more than those here. "This town really is nice and all but it can never compare to my island, though I think it's because I'm biased since I grew up on the island and not on Sornieth at all."

"I do love these dragons here but they're not like the dragons back home. Sure, Orion has almost all my love but he's my mate, of course I will love him. His temper is... A little over the top but that's to be expected when he's a warrior. He cares for me just as much as I do him, if not more. Though he was a little suspicious with me going back and forth between my home island and this town but I think with asking him to come along helped calm the suspicions he had. Our future kids will have an amazing time going to my home island when we have them. They'll have the best love from us and those around us, if they aren't terrible. Life's great. No wars, no skirmishes, nothing that can bring harm. This town has good defenses and good stock of various goods from all parts of Sornieth. All thanks to Noro, since he is a good mayor and the first child of this town!"

Personality Forest has always been a spunky kind of gal who takes no crap from no one! She's always been more on the tomboy side of things compared to her siblings. Her life has always been like that, despite growing up with more siblings on her mom's side! She'll give you the same amount of respect that you give her so treat her kindly. Treat her poorly, she'll treat you poorly! The same thing applies to when you speak to her friends and family. She prefers to put them above herself but if she hears they're hurting, she'll do anything and everything to help. She's just the sweetest tomboy you'll ever get to know.

"Here, I'll give little samples of what I sell. I don't know whether or not if y'all will like them but hey, I'm here to make a living. We can be friends and start talking about our lives here in Oceanside Port. I don't mind gaining new friends, just so long they don't use me to get to anyone in my family or one of my other friends. Hanging out with my friends here are always such a good time. Sometimes I even chat up one of the merchants while I sell. They sure have interesting lives. Coming and going like myself, raising their kids when they're free.. I love them to bits like they're my own family. I enjoy their time so it's safe to say that I can truely call them family. They treat me with respect, at least enough to not ask invasive questions unless I bring up certain points of my life and want to share my experiences of exploring and selling in different areas of Sornieth. Totem, for one, is a really good bee keeper and definitely has good honey to sell. Dawnbeak grows the best carrots for stews and just for snacks. Both of them are unique in their own ways and I love that about them. I met Totem's mate when she was visiting him and she's sweet too so I'm glad that he's got someone who genuinely cares for him and will take time out of her day to visit. I actually dunno if Dawnbeak has been seeing anyone recently or not but I'm sure she'll find someone that will love here just like we have someone who loves us just the way we are."

"We share some interests, in terms of being merchants and in need of small talk while waiting for customers to come by. Sometimes though, I wish we have gained a new merchant here to talk to but we make do with ourselves and our regulars. When a new merchant is here to sell, I'll see if they're trust worthy. If their true intentions really are just for good, then they're ok to talk to and spend time with. If not, I'll keep an eye out for my friends and family. I will not allow anyone to hurt them for fear of them not wanting to come out and about anymore. That may or may not have happened on my youth. I've silently done an oath to protect them so they'll never be hurt, not ever. Well besides the loss of a loved one because I can't stop them from that pain. That and heart break. Though I can try to steer them away from less harm if I can but sometimes they don't listen. I'll always be the shoulder to cry one, the one dragon who's easy enough to talk to, the one who loves to give a little more than to receive anything."
