A bog witch, Fluorite studies the magic of this world. A bit odd by dragon standards, this fae prefers her peaceful solitude among the frogs and forests. Focusing more on the unknowns, Fluorite hopes to one day make an important discovery, one that will change the world.

One terrible evening, Fluorite was met with an imposing beast. The savage creature interrogated the fae, demanding to know what she was. Confused-- and terrified-- Fluorite told the beast she was a witch. That seemed to stump the creature, for the concept of magic seemed to elude them. Still terrified, but a bit more intrigued now, Fluorite explained her studies and abilities. The beast was still confused, and demanded to know more, almost like a child would. The witch offered to teach the creature about magic, given they would stop interrogating her. Hesitantly, the beast accepted, and an uneasy companionship was born. Fluorite learned the creature's name was Cassiopeia, and that she was clearly not from this land. This only intrigued the fae more, and she began teaching the alien about magic. In their time together, Cassiopeia has become far less hostile. Fluorite hopes that someday Cassiopeia will enjoy this land and all it has to offer, and maybe even become a witch.
