• a rather level headed fellow, jocinero has matured twice over to cover for the recklessness of his sister, though he can be as every bit devious when the situation calls for it. the two of them have survived the harshness of southern icefield using this bait and switch method.

• was absolutely estatic to learn of palazzo's whereabouts and was even more surprised to see that their niece had ended up taking the journey to reunite with him also. while his sister integrated well into the little circus troupe that their half brother had begun, it took a lot longer for jocinero to even entertain the idea. eventually, after letting his guard down, the snapper has found this line of work quite enjoyable. he's quite good at balancing acts, and can juggle extremely well.

• has a small but burgeoning crush on crisanta, one of the city's mercenaries. truth be told jocinero is quite terrified of her but respects her drive and extreme loyalty to her cause. the nocturne is aware of his presence, as she is with every citizen she protects, but she seems wildly oblivious to his wide eyed stares and bashful nature whenever she's nearby.
