Jinxie

Songster and pianist of the AberNation band

❀ Jinxie had always been a confident and hopeful dragon. Ever since he was young, Jinxie dreamed of being a performer. As such, he explored many different kinds of performing arts, even those that were more exotic and rare. He never thought that something as simple as playing piano would capture his attention, but once he tried it himself, Jinxie knew this was his calling. The young Aberration spent many years perfecting his talent for playing the piano and even took up singing to enhance his performances. Jinxie was not particularly well known; he mostly performed at inns and restaurants, but he did have talent. All on his own, Jinxie had to write all of his own pieces and songs. Many were impressed by his skills and confidence, but he never branched out enough to gain great popularity.

❀ After one of Jinxie's performances at an inn, he met Leiko and Gilver. He had heard of the two Aberrations before, they were songsters who had become quite popular around Sornieth at the time. The two were impressed by his performance and song, and they invited Jinxie to practice with them. Seeing this as a potential opportunity, Jinxie agreed and spent many weeks writing with Gilver and singing with Leiko. Eventually, Leiko and Gilver accepted Jinxie into their small group, and the two lonely voices of a single Aberration became six. Together, the three officially created a band, naming it the AberNation. Their popularity immediately began to skyrocket, and soon the group was becoming known even in the farthest corners of Sornieth.

❀ After years of singing together, each member of the group began falling for one another. At first, it was more of a love triangle, but eventually the group adopted a polyamorous relationship. All three members find this arrangement suitable, and they can all love each other the way they wish to without having to choose. There is very little drama among the group because of this, and arguments are normally light-hearted.

❀ Gilver: Gilver is Jinxie's husband, one of two of his partners. Their personalities compliment each other, as Gilver is introverted and known for worrying, while Jinxie is extroverted and practically radiates confidence and optimism. Since Gilver is a bit of a worrier, Jinxie drags him along on adventures that Gilver normally wouldn't try himself. The two often end up in some sort of trouble due to these adventures, but they typically laugh about it afterwards. Leiko and Gilver spend a lot of time talking about writing, but Gilver couldn't convince Jinxie to read a book to save the world.

❀ Leiko: Leiko is Jinxie's wife, and one of two of his partners. Jinxie fell for Leiko before Gilver, as at first he believed the introverted Gilver would make a terrible match for him with his quite opposite personality. Leiko and Jinxie are the two most confident out of the trio, and the two are always sharing light-hearted jokes. They playfully insult each other by using unusually creative and strange insults. Jinxie is contstantly dragging both of his partners into a dance, but Leiko is typically the one he manages to surprise most successfully.
