Moonburst

Older than most of the clan, Moonburst tends to keep to herself if left to her own devices. She spends most of her time studying the heavens with the aid of her not-so-trusty familiar, a mischievous magnifier. Between trying to retrieve her errant assistant, or her magnificent piles of notes that need sorting, this Nocturne is one busy dragoness. She can be found in her tower, a stand-alone structure within the clan territory (probably the tallest structure too since it needs to pierce the sea's surface) that is just far enough away from civilization to get an unparalleled view of the stars.

Despite her reclusive mien, Moonburst is not one to turn down a guest. Should a guest come wandering through her door or observatory roof, Moonburst will kindly offer a biscuit or refreshment. Her Ice Flight upbringing instilled upon her a strong sense of propriety, elegance, and manners when hosting company. As she is likely one of the first to be greeting guests to the clan, after all her home likely functions as an obvious landmark, she has to pull off all the stops to make a good impression.
