there always had been a rumor going around sorneith. a dragon the color of the darkest night, wearing the skull of a demigod on his head. they always saw him appear at dusk amidst their clans, buying supplies and resting in musty inns. nox was used to seeing the fearful look on everyone's faces once he came to their clan. he was unaware of the urban legends surrounding him, and quite frankly he just wanted someone to talk to. but anyone he came across seemed to slink aside to let him through, leaving him no room to socialize.

no matter. nox didn't take it to heart anymore. not like he used to. but his objective at present is to find a clan that he may stay inside whose residents he can properly befriend. that was when he found the ronin. when he entered, despite his intimidating attire and mysterious scent, they welcomed him in. he finally made some friends when he interacted with the locals. a tough bunch, to be sure, but oddly enough these outcasts and outlaws seemed to be extraordinarily kind. so, when they offered nox a shelter to settle down in, he took it without hesitation. a while later, he earned himself a job as a lookout, scaring any intruders out of ronin territory from his status as an alleged demigod slayer.
