Biography
Gretel is a cheerful, upbeat spiral who runs her very own makeup salon in the main Olenite Isle Market quarter. She loves everything pretty and sparkly, and her goal in life is to make everyone who enters her store feel beautiful and comfortable in their skin. She has a soft spot for slinks, ferrets and all fuzzy long animals and will literally squeal and cry of happiness when she sees one around.
She has a fraternal twin brother, Hansel, who comes from the same 2-egg clutch as her but was born 12 hours before her while her parents were on a work-related trip at the Tourmaline Archives; as soon as his egg hatched they rapidly fret back to the Hewn City so that their other egg could be born infused by their own element. She understood from a very young age that Hansel, albeit feeling at home and accepted in the Light territory, always felt a sort of call to go back and explore his birthplace, be infused with arcane magic, and study under the best Alchemy professors Sornieth has. So when they reached adulthood she proposed they move to Arcane, pretending that the reason was that she wanted a more "magical" life. Both of them already knew an old childhood friend, Gelea that had moved to Quaeris to find fortune, so they decided to reach him and that's when their Arcane adventures began!
She has a girlfriend named Layla she loves very much and likes pampering with pretty mane accessories and soft silks.

Bramble • Familiar Bramble was Gelea's welcome-to-Arcane-gift to her, well knowing how much Gretel loves long friends. The stoat was quite unamused at Gretel's squeals and was almost killed in a way too excited hug, but now they're good friends and Bramble is happy to help Gretel in her work and in her daily life too. |

Sniffles • Pet Sniffles is her ferret pet she's had since she was a teen dragon; he is into his elder years but the move into Arcane seems to have energized him quite a lot! He is quite close to Bramble and the two of them like to have gossip sessions far from Gretel's ears |
