Biography
Layla is a sweet gaoler who always wished she was a dainty fairy; she didn't like the body she grew up with and thought that gaos were big & ugly and wanted to look small & pretty. one day tho she met a travelling witch who told her she could give her her wish and make her pretty if she got some specific rare ingredients for her. layla had to endure very cold weathers to get a perma ice crystal, and she was glad she had lots of fur instead of being scaley and sleek, because she was able to feel warm. So she started to like her fur; there was a sempiternal tree growing magical berries, that she was only able to reach because of her height and to grab without squishing them because of her soft paws, so she was glad she was very tall and had big fuzzy paws. There was a shy bird she needed to get close to and take a feather of, and she was scared it would be afraid of her and be unapproachable, but it thought her antlers were tree branches, and it brought its whole bird family with him to rest on her horns.
After she collected all three ingredients she came back to the witch and told her she actually kinda liked herself for how she was, she didn't really need the wish anymore and asked if she could simply pass it to someone else. the witch laughed and with the three ingredients meshed together made a sparkly sand that then put all over Layla. When the gaoler opened her eyes again, she had a pair of fairy wings! The witch told her that she gave them to her so that she could fly to the other dragons in need and give them her wish the same way she did
She has a girlfriend named Gretel. The small spiral is often cold, so she warms up thanks to Layla's fuzzy hugs, and likes to rest on her back and braid the purple gaoler's fur.
She's a very good friend of Lavender, the two really like exchanging fur beauty advices and love it when other dragons mistake them as sisters!
