After years of waiting and praying, Virid's calls were answered. A Tundra and Guardian wandered through the Overgrowth outside of their old clan grounds and found a sad looking Pearlcatcher. They were not scared of her and decided to sit and hear her story. Feeling sympathy for her and remembering the kind words of their teacher, they decided something risky. They settled in the Overgrowth and built their own clan on these grounds. Virid was shocked, but thrilled at these plans. She threw herself into the project and as the area became safer and more hospitable, she felt a new sense of hope. New dragons started to appear and some even moved from the pair's previous clan. Virid rejoiced at seeing all this new life being breathed into her old grounds. Seeing all this change and a new sense of safety and home spreading once again, she decided to give herself a new start and turned herself to a Veilspun. Her colors changed slightly and the tears she shed all these years stained her face, but she was new. Though one thing was not right. The egg she clung to all these years still hadn't budged. She sought help in the Leader of the pairs old home. Squash, seeing how Virid had suffered for so long, helped her with her last wish. The egg miraculously hatched and out came a live, but disabled baby Fae. He was born missing his wing and facial fan skin and was completely blind. But the kind Tailor Fae of her clan helped the new baby and they stitched him replacements. And despite all the pain Virid and the egg had been through, they persevered and so she named him, Miracle.
