BEGINNING. Damsel grew up in a tiny village, where everybody knew everybody. Her parents were nowhere to be found, so she was taken care of by her grandmother and the village as a whole. Her only friend was her ‘imaginary friend’, a tiny ocean spirit who she would play and have fun with. Sadly, her friend disappeared, and Damsel grew up alone, which led to her being awkward around new faces. Eventually, she decided to leave the village to find her own place in the world. NOW. Damsel moved to the Drifting Island after a brief bout of depression when she wasn’t able to find a job. She managed to become an insurance agent, and while her centre was decidedly understaffed, the volunteers and politeness of the citizens helped ease her work. She’s made good progress in her social life since her youth, and there are rumours of a Veilspun by her side, whom she treats a little… differently. HER. Damsel is awkward around new faces and tends not to socialise much, but she’s trying her best. She lives near the beaches and the sea due to fond childhood memories. She comes off as standoffish in her job sometimes, but she really does know what she’s doing and knows that things would progress faster if things go her way. Damsel won’t go out of her way to get into others’ businesses, but she’ll try to help when she can. Much of her personal life is spent in solitude, but recently, ever since she started living with Qhysyn, her life has slowly brightened up. |
