Demetrius

He came out of the woodwork, amongst the throes of Undertides that suddenly resurfaced from The Deep. Demetrius, however, was eager to reunite with dragon-kind and see what had happened since they'd been apart. He wasn't born in the First Generation of Undertides that abandoned the shallow waters; The Deep was where he was born and raised. But he knew the stories and why his kind did what they did. He also knew why they came back. He found the shallow waters and various dragon species very inviting, and he was excited to learn all he could about the rest of Sornieth.

However, what most intrigued and perplexed him was how the majority of the beastclans--Maren included--did not coexist well with dragonkind. Having grown up side by side Marens and treating them like family, he found this rather disturbing. It was quite bothersome to come upon a fun new land and explore all the crevices, to then find dragons and marens fighting--or at the very least, putting each other down. Demetrius took it upon himself to make his new life mission to help put these fights to rest--to help dragons and beastclans see eye to eye.

He was the first Undertide to join Vixen's Clan. He was relieved to find that many of them coexisted quite fine with various beastclans. In fact, they already had a Beastclans Diplomat who worked tirelessly at his job. It was Corsair who invited him to settle in the River Lands region of the clan, and work alongside him. The Arcane Pearlcatcher admitted that his job was very exhausting and it would be helpful to have another on his side--especially a great, Ancient species like an Undertide. Demetrius was more than happy to help out, and was grateful to be offered a place to live as well.

He spends most of his time in the Waterway, a Coliseum venue with many familiars that he's become rather fond of befriending. He also takes that opportunity to intervene in fights and try to communicate with both dragonkind and beastclans to try to convince them to work together instead.

It might be considered odd that he didn't choose the Ocean Community region, but Demetrius actually found the rivers to be comfortable living environment enough; and he much preferred to settle there amongst company like Corsair and his family. It was quieter in the River Lands, and he liked the differing personalities that settled there. It's also where his best-friend and kin preferred. Lysander is a Maren Warlock that has been by his side since hatching. They've almost never been apart, and chose to come to the shallows together. Almost anything they decide to do, they decide together. They are each other's support system. Lysander also liked Corsair and found this subregion most comfortable for their lifestyles.
