Mazarine

[...] Mazarine's penchant for the artistic is less overt than Lana's interests, but she has a more traditional collection. She loves those magical "accents," the decorations skilled artists can paint on dragons, and a lot of her personal earnings go toward the ready-made scrolls even though neither she nor the dragons around her would/could use them. (Notably, even Mazarine herself doesn't use an accent most of the time.) She's...basically a collector, yes, although she doesn't call herself one because her inventory is too "eccentric and limited" to count as a proper collection, or so she says.

She does love persuading dragons of the clan to try on the accents, though, and sometimes her suggestions do get through. Elm is one of the members particularly happy with her recommendation.
