Catis oversees the clan's supply of electrical power. While arcane energies are used to supply much of the clan's needs, some things require the stability of electricity to function reliably, such as the Comet's navigational systems. The Auraboa himself has a warm yet polite personality, despite his upbringing in the Highland Scrub. While a few of the younger dragons think he's stuffy, he genuinely cares about people and observes the rules of etiquette as a form of respect.
