The triplets are not the first of Sun and Venus's children, but Callan, Liliana and Rosie are the only ones who stayed in their birth clan. Inseparable since their hatching and never far from each other even now, the triplets are as beautiful and lovely as their parents. While many born in the Windswept Plateau feel the pull of adventure and exploration at some point in their lives, The triplets felt a different sort of calling.

Even as hatchlings, the three would sing. They would scamper away to Echo's stream to practice every single day, regaling the water spirit with song. Callan's tenor voice plays off of Rosie's soft soprano and Liliana's smooth contralto. With their parent's encouragement, the three soon become the muses of the clan. Lady Arychi designed and crafted the adornments they wear, and a few of Athos's carvings depict the siblings in jubilant song. Every single traveler and artisan who had ever passed through Clan Willowbreeze has stopped to listen to the siblings. Rare are they days when they aren't practicing their calling.

Only Moonlily keeps her distance from the three. When she has to speak with them at all, she regards them with fearful caution. Her wariness of them confuses the siblings, who have been nothing but pleasant and cordial to all. When they ask her for a card reading, she unhappily complies. But while most of the cards promise the siblings beauty and prosperity, their is one card that Moonlily always hides from them with a practiced sleight of hand. It is the card she has drawn for them every single time, and after they leave, she regards it with terror.
