- previous head of the silver tread outlander clan, slake's older brother
- made a deal with the neo necropolis armed forces to join in exchange for his clan's safety from their skimishes
- actually quite liked living in neo necropolis, sending money and goods back for them as he worked his way up
- ended up being an exceptional soldier which found him promoted to captain of a special operations unit
- his lieutenant was riley kravitz and the two got along very well
-during their time serving the two men would come across classified information regarding the blackwatch program
-after this the squad found themselves trapped behind enemies lines; when the rest of the squad was rescued, wesley and riley found themselves left behind as a loose end
-the pair held out for 48 hours before being overcome and k.i.a
-ironically, they were then both taken into the blackwatch program themselves and turned into the infamous, completely classified, ghost units. the captain would become unit ten, and the lieutenant would become unit thirteen.
- he's a bruiser/tank class, being larger in build than nine but smaller than thirteen.
- most of his personality has been stripped by his programing; whilst he is useful in being one of the strongest military forces at the government's disposal, the ability to ascertain improvements by retaining the positive traits of the person the unit is created from is a lot harder with him
- when his personality does flicker in, he's a thoughtful, dad-friend sort of person
