Though Hydizear (Hy-dih-zeer) can’t create new designs for apparel like his mother and her friends can, he does like being a model. He is willing to try on anything. He’s often seen helping Meerna by putting on the apparel she makes and it is not uncommon to see him wearing something vastly different each day.

That said, he struggles with his own style. There have been many pieces of apparel that looked beautiful, but did not suit him. Emeralt and Sinterre’s gifts have helped—although Hydizear is not much of a fighter (he’ll only fight if need be), he’s found that he likes wearing dinosaur-themed armor as well as other apparel the archaeologists have discovered.
