Medora wasn't what one would imagine from a child blessed by their deity, but then again, none of the children to from that nest had been anything expected. Medora was born tiny, and remained a miniature Imperial into adulthood, often being mistaken for a Pearlcatcher. Being born so small had everyone assuming she was female, even as a hatchling, and her mother's intuitive magically-inhanced senses and bonds towards her children didn't dispute this. Everything within herself told her she hatched triplet sisters, she could feel the children felt the same. So it was a surprise for some other dragons to refer to her youngest as her son, especially as she grew. These assumptions were just met with bewilderment from Medora and her family. Medora did come to realise she might not be quite the same as other female dragons, but it didn't phase her, and didn't effect who she was.
