Biography
Seraphim and her daughters (Ophanium and Cherubim) fled from their original realm (unspecified) into Sornieth to protect themselves. They landed in the Ashfall Wastes near the Flintlock Fumaroles. This would be their new home to escape the turmoil of their original home. In the land of mortals their power was greatly reduced and diminished, leaving them in much different forms.
It was here that they met a mortal dragon, Duke. He was kind, a native from this clan also looking to start a clan. This mortal would be the best way to blend in here, so she agreed to partner with him for the safety of her children. He was a great father and helpful homemaker, but he probably would not have made it on his own. It was there that they founded the Angelic Dragons Community, or ADC. She worked to surround her and her daughters with mortals who will protect them. This was important if they ever wanted to return home.
She became the leader of the clan, which was more akin to a cult at this point, organizing the dragons. She was the leader, the All-Knowing Seraphim, and her daughters became her attendants. She knew the true reasons, the absolute information while her daughters simply knew the stories from their mother. Valkheva was elected as the Lore Keeper so the stores of their clan were written and recorded. Rhune is the Wishlist Bearer, making sure items were recorded for clan needs. Hephaestus is the Gatekeeper and Recruiter, helping them find new members while keeping out the nonbelievers.
The rank below them are the dragons who fight in the coliseum to protect the clan. They spend most of their life training and becoming stronger to assist the clan they live with. They know more about the clan lore, but they don’t know everything. After them is the Flight Representatives who act as counseling when it comes to reaching out to other clans. They are aware of some information, but not everything that makes the clan look bad. Below them were the first generation dragons, fully fledged members of the clan. The
The next class were the working class, a large family that perform many different important roles. They keep the clan functioning and moving, allowing it to progress. They know enough to work, but not enough to question their jobs. They knew they were important, maybe not the most important, but still incredibly important. Then there are the general members. These are the followers of the clan, helping spread its word and gospel. They may not have a mate or partner, but they are the worshippers of the clan. Next are the Breeding Pairs. These dragons are easily replaceable, most of their children being bred and sold for fodder. Under them are Duke and the hatchlings. Duke chooses to be ignorant, enjoying the more positive image of his mate from lower on the totem pole. The hatchlings are new members, their roles have yet to be decided.
Below the hatchlings are dragons who are still in progress. Most of them are new members who need to be formed and worked on, so they don’t know much about the clan. They are still learning making them very replaceable. Then there are the new arrivals. They barely know anything until they officially are given a rank. Whether it is a general member, a coliseum fighter, or a breeder, they are unknown and unknowing.
At the absolute bottom are the fodder. They are bred to be sacrificed for the good of the clan. The only members who know this are Seraphim, Valkheva, and Hephaestus. The others are not allowed to know lest they be silenced or even sacrificed themselves. The clan needs money so unfortunately some dragons need to give up everything for the good of the group.
