GTI is somewhere between den-mother and walking disaster. She pretty much holds everyone together but sort of needs others to prop her up so she doesn't fall apart, if you will. No matter how fragile and temperamental her mood is though, she's practically incapable of not feeling compassion for pretty much everything in a 3 mile radius, even if she isn't the best at actually showing it. She helps run the message network with Concorde, who she adores like a daughter, and Antonov, who she has a healthy dose of respect for.
