Lychee

Lychee founded a clan far away from her original, and tries to see the world with a compassion they won't. She refuses to say aloud her charge, because of how seemingly impossible it will be to protect it- the natural world's wellbeing. No matter, she avoids other guardians because of this and how her birth clan behaved, so at least no one's around to look down on her.

Under the overwhelming pressure from her birth clan- an old, noble family high in Gladebough Village- Lychee was raised to be wary of any outsider dragons, to only befriend certain breeds and beware of red-eyed strangers, but she was never much good at living up to her family's high standards. As she continues to grow Lychee becomes more and more worldly, abandoning her notions of good and bad flights to create a more united community. But does every dragon, Nature or otherwise, really want an end to the wars?

Her partner is Sapote, an equally kind and less intelligent guardian. Too ashamed to return after her search, Lychee took shelter from torrential rain in a gnarled tree, where she met a mottled dragon with colours like a ripe banana. Together they chased off opportunist beasts (it was mostly Lychee) and as they sent a prayer for safety and warmth, Gladekeeper answered and gave them the land where they stood.
