A woman who lived through several eras before finding her charge - and what a strange charge he was.

Something... precious. Priceless to her, and to all the wrong people.

The Ever-Autumn Woods offered quiet, and near impenetrable shelter.
She was allowed in by Heron, and offered her services as sword and guard in exchange for a safe, secluded home for herself and her two companions.

For a time, the setup worked, but it seems she had underestimated Telyn's pursuer.

The fae was stolen away yet again, prompting a far more perilous search that led her far into the most insidious depths of Sornieth.

They called him Mind, and he was locked away. It wasn't enough to stop her, of course.

She broke into that foetid, shaderidden compound and took the young fae from it by force. Though seriously wounded, and enduring many blades embedded in her hide, she succeeded in rescuing the boy - and by an extension, a few other prisoners who fled from that place during the battle that ensued.

"Mind" never fought her, nor seemed to fear her. He hardly spoke, but rode placidly on her back, hands folded as they had been on his throne. It was all God's will, he told her when she asked why, and so I will accept it.
