Story & Background


Kailea had learnt from a young age that there is no dragon she can really trust. Being raised in an orphanage plagued with poverty, she knew that her future must be fought for. Her daily life consisted of taking advantage of others and avoiding being taken advantage of.

In her early adulthood, a war broke out between her kingdom and the neighbouring one. This lead to her mandatory draft into the army, where the new and questionable king pushed dragons of every shape and condition, to sacrifice their life for him. Kailea, by that point had lost most will to retaliate, as she saw no other future for herself. At the end of the day, nobody can escape a war, she would think often.

Her tame personality matched quite well with Grotohn, one of the few that actually chose to join Hemonim's army. He was the one dragon she felt comfortable sharing her thoughts with and it seemed Grotohn felt the same way. This trust was broken though, once he left with little explanation. It would be a few years before they meet again, after the war.
