Zircon wound up in the Sea of a Thousand Currents by a whim, still a young dragon, though by no means a hatchling. Forgotten by his parents, now serving their Flight deity, he learnt the art of fending for oneself very early on and when, for him, the time came, with his pearl in his clutch, he set out to find a clan to take him in, and during these times where wandering was his only option, he became a good eye for scavenging. Ruins and things left behind became treasure and treasure, food, until the day, while delving into the depths of the reefs of Tidelord's domain, he met a clan that albeit small, seemed friendly enough, and soon there was he, offering his services to that clan, mesmerized by the seemingly all-knowing eyes of the Matriarch.

Later on, now part of the clan, he'd find another reason to find himself at peace with his choice of staying within the walls of the underwater cave where the Tidedancers resided: Ani, a Guardian that came much later, taking the place of another dragon who decided to find her place somewhere else, and pointed the way to their lands to the searching Guardian. He fell for her easily, her strength but peaceful ways, Arcane eyes glowing.

He knows of her interest for the diminute Fae, Neela, which he suspects that is her Charge, and it bothers him none, making his love remain unwavering as their offspring keeps on growing, strong and beautiful, many under the guidance of the Tidelord himself. Love multiplies, not divides, and of that he is sure.
