Hastur is a Wraith/Void Limbo Kitsune with Shadow/Ice eyes and 9 tails.
In the wake of Eclipse's destruction, it appears that nothing save dust remains. But things are not always what they seem. Though the souls are long gone, consumed, what is left behind remembers how it feels to live. Among the vast starry emptiness, there are many possibilities, and nothing is truly lost forever.
Memory and body alike are torn away by the siren song Astaroth sings, leaving only the mind in incorporeal torment. It is not death, but there is nothing beyond the void; nor is it life when one cannot remember how to be. In that vacuum, on the brink between life and death, many things are possible. One must only reach out and seize opportunity.
Whether by coincidence or fate, when the paths of these two horrors cross, it is not and end that they leave behind, but a beginning. It is a new life, with no memory that anything came before. But the world seems awash in grey while the stars flicker in endless light

Lore Notes:
- Formerly a regular Imperial born of a descendant of Whisper and grandchild of Ignis
- Went with the group that traveled to Gleanreal to try and find opportunities for his uncle Harlock
- Became a Wraith Yako due to exposure (thought he'd become a trickster, or perhaps a foxfire)
- Believes this is because of the circumstances of his creation, with Eclipse's destruction and Astaroth's emptiness
- Decided to try and become something greater to make up for it, to bring back power to aid his uncle
- Was eager to try and become a Yomi Tenko for the insight and influence they held
- Instead saw he was becoming a Void Tenko and tried to stop it
- Instead of being cursed, like he thought he'd become, he somehow managed to stop the process entirely
- Trapped between a Wraith and a Void as a Limbo Kitsune, with one Shadow eye and one Ice eye
- He's just glad he still has his nine tails, and plans to keep it that way
- Returned to the Archives, still managing to blend in as a Limbo Kitsune, using what abilities he has to watch over his kin and report in to Harlock
