Something must light Noctiluca. A bright and glowing city that manages to combat the shade filling the Hewn City, must have something allowing it to glow.

There is one being within Noctiluca who rivals The Storyteller. Helianthus, The Sun of Noctiluca, the light that reaches all of the lair, the Dealmaker.
Helianthus makes things seen or unseen. If one must be obscured or made clear, a deal with her may achieve their goal.
She sits in the highest tower of Noctiluca, glowing bright, an eye-catching landmark across the Sunbeam Ruins. And she is our Sun. Eternally glowing, Helianthus illuminates the city.
A kind and gentle dragon, Helianthus has taken the city itself as her charge. That said, I do not believe she was always a dragon. The day Helianthus arrived within Noctiluca and took her residence in her tower, the astronomer Ketu reported an entire constellation disappearing from the night sky. It is our current theory that Helianthus was that constellation.
