Something must light Noctiluca. A bright and glowing city that manages to combat the shade filling the Hewn City, must have something allowing it to glow.
One of the two dragons that follow Helianthus. Marigold is reflective, her shining scales allowing Helianthus' light to reach farther. On the day Helianthus left the sky, two smaller stars fell alongside her, following their constellation. They now circle around her in their tower, shining her light throughout Noctiluca.
