Leader/Ambassador of the Distorted Clan

Stalactite is an impatient but kind dragon. She takes charge as the leader of this clan, making most of the decisions. She has a grace that few dragons can copy and a way with words. Even in her older age, she still manages to keep her youthful energy and beauty. Being the clan's main figurehead, she makes the clan many more allies than enemies.

Stalactite was born a Mirror. She found her mate after she lost her hunting party. She was just barely old enough to lay eggs at the time. The two were forced to settle in a territory that no one else would take. The land seems to suddenly distort, thus the name of the clan. However, thanks to her and her mate's ingenuity, they were able to prosper in this land as few could.

When the clan moved to the Nature flight, Stalactite immediately started working on making allies with their new neighbors. Having been raised in the shadow flight, she was prepared to be met with suspicion and maybe even hostility. She came back from her journey covered in flowers and burdened with too many gifts, even for her strong mirror body. Her mate Bones thought this was a wonderful thing, then he noticed his mate's face.

"They all want to help us, all of them." Stalactite whimpered.

"Is there a problem with that?" Bones asked.

"I had to fight off all the love and nurturing with my magic. I don't know how we are going to survive here." She then collapsed from exhaustion. A shadow dragon such as herself has much to learn from the world of the nature flight.
