Prologue - Kingdom of Ascension

*Lapis & peridots. Rubies & sapphires. Rose quartzes, pearls, garnets & amethysts. I want to see and collect all the different types of gems in the world! Back home, there was rose quartz everywhere! One particular one was a certain rose quartz in the shape of a diamond, It stood out to me more than the other rose quartzes in the area. This is the first of many gems I collected on my journey.

Ventus Clan
Lapidot found herself in the wind territory. She came across a group of dragons who called themselves the Ventus Clan. They offered to let Lapidot stay with them for a while. The Ventus clan helped Lapidot improve her fighting skills so that she could better protect her crystal collection from possible thief's. Eventually Lapidot decided to continue her journey and bid goodbye to the Ventus Clan.

An encounter with the wind travelers
After Lapidot left the Ventus Clan, she was alone for a while. Alone and lost in the unknown territory, she wandered. After what felt like years, she met a beautiful dragon named Kassadin. He was a traveler as well. He said he travels with a group of dragons from everywhere. Lapidot fell in love with the idea, but she also fell in love with Kassadin. He showed her that traveling is better in groups. They had two kids together, Borealis and Aurora. They were happy together. One night, Kassadin gave her a crystal, she said is called an amber, and promised to be with her. Forever. And so they left the group and traveled together. It was all well. For some time, at least. They were attacked by an unknown, hostile clan and were forced to separate. Now, Lapidot is alone again, forced to continue her quest alone. Just like she started.

Entry 3: Cave of Lost Souls
Calla is used to welcoming strangers to her clan and quickly figured out where Lapidot would fit best in her clan. She is quick to introduce her to Amethyst, a fellow gem enthusiast. He listens to her dream of collecting a gem from everywhere she visits and gives her a beautiful piece of jade. Garnet, who also loves gems, allows her to take care of the only Jeweler he's collected so far.
The Cave of Lost Souls is a busy place. There are many dragons coming and going, and travelers are always welcome, but Lapidot could tell it was getting too crowded for her and decided to leave before she wasn't wanted. Her new friend Amethyst had gone on vacation with his mate to another lair, and it was lonely without his stories. Garnet didn't speak as much without Amethyst around, and it was awkward between them. The other travelers in the den, Shiver, Tiara, and Windweaver, however, always had stories to tell. Tiara was the oldest and her memory wasn't the best, but she was still able to remember or make up a few stories from her interesting past. When Lapidot went to a new clan again, she would have stories of her own to tell.

Legends say that most of the realm's amber was formed in an ancient battle between the Flamecaller and the Gladekeeper, where terrible forest fires polymerized resin within the trees in the Viridian Labyrinth.
