Grayson

Grayson would call himself the patriarch of the clan, but Shay won't let him. Instead, he's considering taking on the title "Patriarch of Naps."

He's always been a little bit nosy, and he's never been shy about approaching other dragons to chat them up. This was how he met Shay, in fact. He was out wandering, because wandering was something he'd done since before he could remember, and he stumbled across an extremely well-constructed lair. Shay was inside it, and although she was suspicious of him at first, Grayson used his charm (which Shay insists isn't charming at all) to melt her defenses and wedge his way into her heart.

Grayson's seen a lot. He's talked to dragons from all over Sornieth, and he loves to tell stories of his experiences. He's gained quite a reputation as a storyteller. He also spent quite a lot of time in the Coliseum in his younger days. He formed a team with his clanmates Stirling and Symmetris, and he worked his way up to Level 25, a feat of which he is still extremely proud. Unfortunately, his children Hylia, Impa, and Groose have recently surpassed all his Coliseum records. Grayson is suddenly interested in other hobbies.

There is absolutely nothing Grayson loves more than a good nap. Whether in his favorite corner of the lair or on a soft, grassy spot in the Reedcleft Ascent where gentle, sweet-smelling breezes find their way into his dreams, he can often be found snoozing the afternoon away. This drives Shay and some of the other dragons nuts, but Nimbus and the hatchlings find it's the perfect opportunity to do some pranking. Grayson is a good sport about it. He rewards himself for not giving in to his urge to tie Nimbus around a tree by taking another nap.
