Description:
A playful and fiery young banescale who loves making kites and being out in the breeze. Enjoys doing arts and crafts with his baby sister too!

His tail is just a stump that he attached more kites to.

adoptive child of Tsuja, older sibling of Impa.

Poly, dating Albion, Betony, Citerroth and Delilah! Has been with Albion the longest of them but has also been friends with Delilah for much of his time in Florabrisa.
Favorites:
Nibli is very outdoorsy, wanting to take in everything the Windswept Plateau has to offer. He can usually be found running around the grass flying his kites, but he also loves climbing trees, hiking around the plateau cliffs, or watching the waves and soaking up the sun on Florabrisa's beach.

On rainy days, he will spend time working on various artistic projects like painting murals in the halls, making paper sculptures, and of course building new kites. Most of his works aren't made to last, he just likes having fun in the moment.

 		Appearance:
Nibli is a chubby, midsize Banescale. He has antler-like horns, and the spines along his back are short studs. He has pointy nostrils, a jagged mouth, and a squared jaw. Unlike most Banescales, he has a pair of winged arms, but he lacks a tail and attaches kites and other crafted bits in place of it.

Nibli has a pretty relaxed sense of style, preferring to wear accessories over more covering clothing. He likes brighter colors and often wears a yellow bow his mother gave him and sometimes ties ribbons to his wrists or ankles. The kites he attaches to his tail get switched out almost daily, depending on his mood.
