Meet Baobab!

Unlike most of the crew, Boabab seemed tp have appeared overnight. He appears to be humanlike at a glance, but only walks on all fours and doesn't seem to communicate at all aside from grunts and growls. His long hair is unkept and often filled with seaweed but any time the crew tries to help him out their rewarded with a bite from Baobab that will surely get infected later.

The crew sees him more as a pet than person and honestly Baobab seems to be more than okay with that. He sleeps in a large dog bed with the rest of the crew and eats the scraps that the crew leaves behind from their meals.

He enjoys being around the crew, seeking out attention in the form of pets and praise. No one is really sure what happened to poor Boabab or why he is the way he is but some members of the crew have noticed that he shares a likeness with an old naval officer who was presumed to be killed during one of the ships many battles...
