Hands is Blackbeard's first mate, executed for his crimes and now resurrected as part of the crew of the Revenge. His position is second only to that of the Emperor itself, and as such he's become pretty bossy over the rest of the zombie crew. He likes to complain about how Blackbeard once shot him in the knee.
