Perseus

This ridgeback wasn't found by Calliope but more given to by another dragon who had stumbled upon him and his sibling. The other dragon was frightened to death and wouldn't even look at the two so as soon as they handed them to Calliope they were out of sight. Calliope then took the two inside and asked if they had names but for once one actually did, the male ridgeback called himself Perseus but then went on to tell her that his sister didn't speak and therefore had no name, which she seemed to be fine with. Perseus acted as a mouthpiece in a way for his sister, whenever she needed something he'd go to Calliope and tell her she needed it, or when she wanted to say something Perseus would say it for her. Calliope never knew how this worked since she never opened her mouth but brushed it off and let the hatchlings have their fun.



The only thing the both of them came with was a single lizardscale cloth which the two siblings had shared but the sister seemed to have no attachment to. Perseus carried it around and used it for many different tasks like holding things or even to just put on a little fasion show. Calliope and the other dragons agreed this pair was odd but found fun in their peculiarity.
