THE BEGINING Nymphry hatched alone in the Starfall Isles. To this day she isn't sure what happened to her parents or if she has any siblings. As a water dragon, she felt a calling to the Sea of a Thousand Currents... but the Scarred Wasteland sat between her and her goals. When she was just barley a full grown dragon, she set out alone through the Scarred Wasteland. Her run-ins with the the savage mirror clans of the Wastelands made her experienced in offensive water magic at a young age. She met Stoney on her journey, and, enchanted by her passion, they started the Howitzer clan. Nymphry was the first of Howitzer clan and she is the Queen of it. WHO IS SHE Nymphry is a playful, smart, and slightly grumpy Dragon. Stoney tried very hard to win Nymphry's affection, and Nymphry thought his efforts were amusing and cute ... He will always have a special place in her heart. Nymphry has realized that an unexpected and unpleasant side effect of leading a clan means she has to deal with basically everyone's problems. While she doesn't much enjoy it, her straight forward attitude and short temper means she can make short work of most trivial issues. Of course the bigger issues often require her to discuss matters with the family Crowns. In-clan disputes between dragons is often passed over to Calliope, and she is typically better at... well... dragons then Nymphry is. The fae dragon had settled into a small cave for the night, confident that it would keep her hidden from the mirror dragons that patrol the Scarred Wastelands. This made it all the more startling when Nymphry woke up to a large, blue mirror dragon towering over her. months of reflexes kicked in, and she jumped to her feet, releasing a poorly aimed slash of water towards the stranger. The cave echoed with splashes as water collided with water. Nymphry was shocked that the stranger defended with his own water magic.

"Please, just give me a moment!" The mirror dragon spoke quickly, throwing up his hands and stepping back into what was now a sizable puddle on the cave floor. "My clan is looking for you, our general, he's ordered your capt-"

"Many dragons in these lands have tried to take me in," Nymphry spat, cutting the mirror dragon off. She shuffled along the wall of the cave, not liking that she was, quite literally, backed into a corner. Should this come to a fight her positioning had her at a disadvantage. She may have to resort to talking her way out of this, a skill unrefined to the young fae. "It has never gone well for them, Advice I suggest you consider before you continue." She eyed the stranger, puffing out her chest in a way that was hopefully more natural than it felt to her.

The mirror dragon looked taken aback and lowered his head, "I'm sorry, I mean no harm," He said "Please, I had to warn you, If I can just explain..."

The fae dragon does not speak, but she nods, allowing the mirror the continue. "I, and many others, were sent to find you and any others you may be with. I am thankful to have found you first. you have to leave our clans land, there are many of us, too many to fight."

Nymphy eyed the strange dragon. Dim light spilling into the cave allowed her enough brightness to size him up. He was small for a mirror, though still much larger than her. He sat... unopposing. His paws facing in on himself and his head hung low. "Well, that's what I'm trying to do." She finally spoke, her words still held venom, but her hands fell, no longer prepared to attack. "What water dragon would ever want to stay here," She said pointedly at him.

The mirror dragon looked away from her eyes as a long pause fell over the pair. "I... I could help you leave. I know these lands, I know where they patrol."

Nymphrys eyes narrowed, "and why would you do that."

The mirror dragon offered a small, hopeful smile "What water dragon would want to stay here?" He said, his tone sounded like an attempt at playfulness but his eyes looked sad.

Nymphrys shoulders tensed, and she let out a low growl, leaning back on her haunches. The mirror dragon took a nervous step back. But just as quickly, Nymphry let out a long sigh and relaxed. The reality is, she didn't know where she was and she was going to need help to get to the Sea. "Fine," She said. "But if you betray me I will {CENSORED} and {CENSORED} your {CENSORED}." The small dragon says, staring into his eyes, analyzing his reaction.

The mirror dragons eyes widened before composing himself and letting out a nervous laugh, "I wouldn't expect anything less from such a capable dragon," He said, bowing his head.

This one thinks himself much more suave than he is, nymphry thought. She gave a small smirk, content that her threat will keep him in line. "Good," She says. "Well than, lets get going!" She turned to pick up a small pack and threw it over her shoulder, taking flight past the dragon.

The mirror dragon smiled as she did, his eyes full of hope and admiration. She flys quite a bit away before he snaps out of it and rushes after her, his long stride quickly catching up. "By the way," He says, "My name is stoney."

Nymphry furrows her eyebrow at the strange dragon. How peculiar to be so excited to leave everything you know, with a dragon you've barley met, whose threatened you twice already. "Nymphry," She replied simply.

Stoney beams, "Nymphry... Stoney and Nymphry. That sounds good together, dontcha think?"

"No." Nymphry says. The mirror dragons smile falls a bit and she finds herself feeling... bad? As strange as Stoney is, it is even stranger that Nymphry seems to already be attached to his out-of-place upbeat attitude. She sighs to herself, "But Nymphry and Stoney? Maybe." She adds.

The fae smirks, as Stoney's smile returns twice as large. His step gets a slight sway to it. Flying alongside him, Nymphry and stoney being their trek through the plague ridden desert that they, hopefully, will soon escape together.
