A member of HANC.

Yank, also known as "Yeehaw Hank", used to be a ranger on the Shattered Plain who herded cattle for her clan, before her clan was raided by a bunch of bandits, who slaughtered all her cattle, and made her and her clan work for them. For a good while, she felt completely hopeless, as her clan wasn't made of fighters, and there was nothing anyone could do to fight back.

But then, coincidentally, someone had placed a hit on the leader of those bandits.

And Hank- the Hank J. Wimbleton, was the one to complete the hit, taking down the rest of the bandits too- freeing Yank's clan.

Yank couldn't help but start admiring him after that. Sure, he wasn't exactly nice, and he threatened to kill anyone who got in his way, but wasn't he just- wasn't he just so cool? He took down those bandits like it was nothing, cleaving through them like a hot knife through butter- effortless, and his aloof attitude... there was just something about it that spoke to Yank, and even after he left, she couldn't stop thinking about him. She couldn't.

She wanted to be more like him. Cool. Effortless. Strong. The rumors about him too- of course, she could understand why some would be scared of him, but she was sure, they'd never seen him in action like that. They hadn't seen him like she had. Didn't understand.

And so, she vowed to become more like him. She left her original clan, and started wandering Sornieth, before eventually hearing about HANC- a group of Hank admirers, just like her! So of course, she set out to join them- and she was welcomed with open arms. The more Hank connoisseurs, the better!

Ever since she joined HANC, she's become better than ever. She loves dressing similar to Hank (a requirement for the club, which she delights in, though she's kept her cowboy hat as a memory of her life before this), she loves training with the club, and above all, she loves geeking out about Hank and his partners with the entire group. While she'll admit that she's never seen Hank's partners, Deimos, Sanford, and Doc in action, she hopes to one day be able to.

As a decently capable fighter, Yank's weapons of choice are her trusty whip and lasso, which she uses to snatch up enemies from afar to incapacitate them, and beat them up from nearby. Usually, she shouts variations of "yee-haw!" while doing this, and enjoys riding larger enemies like bulls, trying to see how long it takes before they throw her off.
