B I O G R A P H Y

Maldos was found by Dominus and cytagal on a patrol through a field of infectious chemical geysers. With no scent to identify the Pearlcatcher hatchlings family, Cytagal and Dominus began the dangerous and lethal task of navigating the violent and sensitive geyser fields. The two adult dragons stopped to get their bearings in this smoggy, rotting geyser feild when they noticed the little Pearlcatcher had wandered off. Quickly searching around for him, Cytagal found him on the edge of a large particularly volatile looking geyser, staring in with large curious eyes. .

Cytagal screeched a warning however the geysers eruption first shook the ground and the brittle bones beneath the Pearlcatcher's feet gave way, sending him into the geyser. This sudden force caused the geyser to erupt. Cytagal took cover but Dominus, being a pure plague dragons, risked the falling blobs of chemicals and managed to snatch the Pearlcatcher from the geyser. He was in a comatose state and Dominus was quick to apply all healing remedies he had on him before carrying the Pearlcatcher on his back as Cytagal raced home to get help.

Days passed and the Pearlcatcher was now asleep in a nest that had been sanctioned off while the medical dragons figured out if he had any diseases on him. Cytagal hid herself away from the clan, full of guilt. Catora and Dominus discussed what they would do with this hatchling. There was no way they could simply abandon it now. At that moment, they heard the horrific sounds of bones breaking, skin and flesh tearing and upon arriving at the nest they saw a horrific sight. Before them, the little Pearlcatcher was writhing and growling as his form changed. His wings broadened and tore at the ends, his body thinned and elongated, his claws became more prominent but the most horrific changes were his tail and head. His tails split into two prehensile serpentine tails and his head split into two sharp jawed heads. Each with unique horns.

From that day on, the hatchling was known as Maldos. Fearing the for the safety of the neighbouring clans, Catora and the Desovar decided to kept him for the geyser liquid not only mutated his body but also his mind. He began targeting the hatchlings of the clan and has had to be under constant watch from other clan members. He has a fascination with death, blood and anything that can cause pain and suffering to others. He is smart, cunning and has no problem attempting to manipulate and lure outside dragons away from the eyes of the world just so he can add to his collections of bones and trophies.
