Magical Sage (and Giver of Bad Advice)
Born without its sight and plagued with strong premonitions that left it sick and vulnerable, Eudialyte had to be attended to much more than the average hatchling. With the constant hovering of their parents, Eudialyte couldn't help but feel snuffed. Every time it wanted to do something, it's parents would quickly shut it down and give it a lecture on safety. Eventually they said to hell with it and ran off. Though the world was large and scary, it also saw all the possibilities it had to hold. They went clan hopping for quite some time, never staying for more than a month but leaving behind tales of a mysterious skydancer who saw futures and pasts. As it got on in years, it happened across a small arcane clan, they didn't have much but it was a good home to those who lived there. It planned to only stay for a month but well, it never left, mainly due to the convincing of a young Nyx who's magical potential interested Eudialyte greatly. Despite their wariness to take on a student, they were too curious and decided to teach Nyx everything they knew. Luckily for it, Nyx caught on quickly and was soon able to control her magic in a way she never had before. Happy with her progress, Eudialyte watched from the sidelines as Atlas and Nyx trained their own students and occasionally giving advice (because it was far too impatient to actually teach). After the move up to the Vale and Nyx slowly drawing away from the school, she went to Eudialyte in hopes that it would step up as a teacher. They were very adverse to the idea but it's hard for them to say no to Nyx and so now they teach at the magic school. Although their methods are very unorthodox and sometimes downright confusing, no one can deny that they have knowledge that is worth knowing.
