Champagne washed up from a very traditional town that believed in Tranquility. And while he believed in beautiful traditions and sacred celebrations, he was never much one for measuring the quality of life by how much unsatisfaction one could endure quietly. Here at the Thunderhead, he operates a community bar and café for the purposes of discussing philosophy and establishing mutual aid networks and the occasional direct action. He doesn't quite approve of the Thunderhead Roughians... but he doesn't not approve either.
