DESCRIPTION
Mbala never felt connected to the land of the Arcane, where he was born. Mysticism and research in cushy homes did not appeal to him. He felt drawn to the sprawling shadows cast by trees in the night and the warm, welcoming breeze of aestival evenings. He began to sleep through the day, hiding himself away in his home until nightfall. Come nightfall, he would make his way into the abandoned streets and spend his time wandering until dawn. All of this leisure came to a swift end when he was caught by authorities in the light of a full moon by a corpse, standing on blood soaked talons.
Scholarly pursuits in cushy homes did not suit him like the cool night air did. While he will not elaborate on why he is a wanted criminal, one thing is certain—it drove him all the way out into the humid Mire in hiding, where he made a dangerous encounter with Bloodsnow. She nearly tore him to shreds, and would’ve if he were any slower. This eventually lead him all the way back to the uninhabitable wastes of the Abiding Boneyard, to the scavenging clan of Fossilrot.
