Gravel

Background
Gravel was with a group of travelers, she and two of her fellow travelers were battling monsters when she was knocked out. Her friends, not knowing what to do, went to find the rest of the group. While they were gone Lapis found her and treated her, she had amnesia though Lapis was able to treat it a little. Mauve found a special herb that she could make into a rich tea that helped her regain the rest of her memories. However, they didn't know that a common side effect was hallucinations.

Gravel decided to start a journey to find her group again. Though in the middle of it there was a great storm and she had a hallucination where she was on a clear prairie when in reality she was on the edge of a cliff. Thinking it was safe to she walked to the edge and fell. She was so in the thralls of the hallucination that she thought she was still walking. Gravel was knocked out when she hit the bottom of the ravine. Thankfully a brown-colored female snapper was in the ravine and heard Gravel hit the ground. She treated Gravel and when Gravel woke up she told Gravel her name was Avna.

The two dragons waited until Gravel was well enough to walk again to set out for Glaciers clan. Because of her fall Gravel's face was mutilated so she wears a mask to hide it. Once the two girls got back to the clan they both were welcomed with open arms by the rest of the dragons.

Gravel now rents a room in Avna's house who takes care of her when she has bouts of hallucinations. Lapis and Mauve are still active in trying to find a cure for the hallucinations. The council decided that since Gravel has traveled and seen so much, that she should become the official storyteller for the clan. She had many things to say about this but then she found a Searing Jackelope and decided to take it in as her support Familiar and then took the title of the official storyteller.

Because of Gravel's hallucinations the whole tribe was worried that if she went on another trip to find them it might end in her becoming mortally wounded. Plus by the time Gravel found her familiar she had no idea where to start looking for her clan. Then she fully excepted her role as a storyteller and sometimes works alongside Nelan to create the most fantastical show ever.

Personality
She can be caring, loving, passionate, hateful, confusing (as well as confused), but most of all wise. because of her hallucinations, she has seen and heard many things, many good but plenty bad. one of her favorite things is when she gets a hallucination about being in a forest with the wind blowing through the trees and all the birds chirping and singing, from this she can now name, identify and reproduce the call exactly for most birds. one of her least favorite hallucination was when she was taking the place of a baby dragon as it watched its entire family die in front of it.

She knows many of the visitors and new arrivals think at first she is weird but then slowly warm up to her. She is still slightly confused about the world around her but does understand that all big arguments and disagreements are handled by Glacier and Pear and she has nothing to worry about.
