Night Wanderings
Byre, child of the Shade-thing Moonmirror, does not know what she is. She's partially made of starstuff and has an insatiable wanderlust that she has put to work writing and illustrating travel logs, field guides, and maps. Her writings are quite popular in bird-watching and foraging circles, as her books usually have the most accurate location and appearance data about wild animals and plants.
Byre's best-sellers are about nocturnal animals and rare magical plants. She wanders the world at night and sleeps during the day, unless she wants to capture a certain diurnal animal or day-blooming flower to picture.
