The sole offspring of his homebody father and travelling mother, Rimir comes and goes from Coterie as he pleases but enjoys having a "home base". He is endlessly curious despite his hesitancy to ask questions, for he prefers to figure things out on his own. Rimir sometimes seems hardheaded but truly, he means well and just becomes fully encompassed by his research.

The majority of Rimir's training comes from his mother and Penumbra, the Ice Ambassador and one of the clan's two researchers. While together they focus on Rimir's main interest--the natural world and technological advances that can assist the clan through these materials.
