| A coldhearted mercenary, Atraxus used to disregard the laws of society with no fear of the consequences. As long as he got paid, he would hunt and kill wanted dragons for any reason. A steady income and the rush of adrenaline during a hunt were the only things that kept him happy. Eventually, he captured Mythic, a prized all-white Veilspun wanted for his economic value. Atraxus only saw him as a pet, a soulless small creature kept for its beauty. However, the captured Veilspun's futile begging made Atraxus realize that, just like him, this dragon had emotions and attachments. And Atraxus was ripping him away from that for money. Though he hated to admit it, he had realized the value of life, and his career irked him until he couldn't take it anymore-- he freed Mythic and abandoned the mercenary's guild. Afterwards, a bounty was placed on his head, so he fled to the clan where Mythic lived. Atraxus is now a guard and hunter in this clan. |

Mythic Mythic and Atraxus may have met when Atraxus abducted him for a bounty, but the hunter released the little dragon and had a change of heart. Since then, the pair have become best of friends. The two are goofy and insult each other for fun, but they both enjoy their interactions. Atraxus has to thank Mythic for helping him become a better, more empathetic person. |

Myst Myst acts (oddly enough) as a therapist to Atraxus. Like Atraxus, he came from a bounty hunting background and ditched the career, so Atraxus sometimes looks to him for advice. The two keep each other in shape by practice-fighting and exploring the coliseum together. |
GUILD ACTION ON ATRAXUS

A deep growl resonated from the street. Atraxus quickly realized that he and Mythic were cornered. He wrapped his tail protectively around the little Veilspun, pulling him close to his feet.
Snarling, an Imperial with vivid red eyes came around the corner. Two Mirrors barked and bounded around her feet, snarling and yapping like a bunch of hounds while eying Atraxus hungrily. The Imperial let out a sharp snarl and the two Mirrors leapt down the alleyway towards him.
Setting his helmet on his head, Atraxus leapt forward and met the Mirrors in combat. He sent his claws deep into the neck of one. As it fell, it caught him in the chest with its claws, but not too deep. Mythic let out a squeak of protest just before the other tried to smash him. He barely dodged the dragon's talons. Atraxus let out an enraged yell and clamped his teeth into the Mirror's neck, snapping his spine in one quick lash of the head.
The Imperial let out a guttural growl, unsheathing her talons. Atraxus knew he couldn't take her. Snatching up Mythic in his talons, he spread his wings and took off. She would be crazy to follow him back to the clan, where his allies could easily obliterate her.
He could hear her massive wingbeats disrupting the air behind him. He could feel Mythic's rapid heartbeat against his talons. He could feel his own heart pounding against his chest faster than his wings. Somehow, through the fear, he still managed to take a sort of manic joy in the chase.
Mythic squeaked again. "Why is she trying to kill us?" he shouted.
"Maybe she's a guild member. They could be out for me. I don't know."
"A guild- a bounty hunter?"
"Yes!" The air pressure changed as a giant talon lashed out at him; he barely swerved to the side to avoid it, then started flying faster, angling down a bit to gain speed. "I need to get to the forest. I might be able to lose her in the trees."
"Hurry! Get across the river into Nature!"
"Working on it!"
