"There's so much world out there, we shouldn't just sit around!"
Though some of her status would be intent to stay by and coast on the wings of success, a quiet life and easy sailing is not the kind of life Meret strives for.

Her family is in a long line of very wealthy merchants, able to pull in enough treasure to comfortably support her and her cousin Nefertem, however while she did take in as much learning of trade from them as she could, the thought of taking up her parents job sounded incredibly boring to her.

Instead, she fancies herself an explorer, a dancer, and a woman of many other titles, eager to gain many skills and talents on her journey of the world. Her family may think she's impulsive, but to her, there's no better way to live.
