⠀⠀.⠀*✦✦ ⠀Do not underestimate the will of this sorceress. Countess Okalani possesses the Soul of the Tormented -- a natural affinity with both the Plaguebringer and the Icewarden. For as long as she could remember, she was an aimless wanderer, who stopped and tended to any wounded dragon she would stumble across. Over time she gathered enough followers to settle down, and a village was built around her. She is still a healer, but she doesn't exert herself much anymore.
