Biography
Ardast was born out of wedlock, and still bears the bitterness of the fact that his father never properly acknowledged him. He has always had a bit of a hard time sticking to something permanent; he often tends to abandon a job or field of study when he's bored of it, which tends to be soon after he starts. Finally, not wanting to serve the Icewarden like his sisters, he decided to travel the world. Let's see how this dream turns out...

stop I - the Kingdom //
Of course, the very first thing he does is get lost. He gets lost in the most able-to-get-lost place on the entire continent of Sornieth.
'Great going, Ardast,' he huffed to himself, wincing as he stepped on yet another thorn. The Foxfire Bramble was dark, painful, and dangerous - not only thanks to the myriad of thorns, but to all of the lairs that tended to be antagonistic toward travelers. But, well, survival was one job he wasn't ever going to abandon.
And then he wandered into a fog. He groaned audibly, and started running through the fog, ready to smite any dragon in his way. Then, he tripped, and started rolling. He held onto his pearl tightly and shut his eyes, awaiting his sure death.
Then he hit something... squishly. A yelp came out of the thing he tumbled into - well, rather, somedragon.
Ardast shook his head, and huffed down at the dragon he collided into. The demin-buttercup Obelisk eyed him weirdly with his Plague-aligned eyes, like he wasn't expecting to be tackled. Silence echoed between the two of them for a moment. Then:
"Well, that's the first time I've been run over by a traveler."
Ardast almost snapped at the Obelisk, but was stunned into silence when the dragon started laughing. "Welcome to the Kingdom, traveler!" The dragon moved, and Ardast's eyes widened at the sight of a huge clan - no, a city, illuminated by eleven magnificent spires, and a large citadel in the middle. "My name is Venti; I'm the Head of Assignments, and I'll be helping you get situated for as long as you're here!"
Ardast blinked at Venti, who was still grinning at him. The Pearlcatcher opened his mouth to speak, but was cut off by another angelic-like voice: "Venti, have you seen Solaris? She's gone poof again..."
"Oh! Borealis!" Venti turned. Ardast felt a blush creep upon his cheeks at the sight of the magnificent white Coatl, with blue-purple wings. Her icy-blue eyes blinked at him, then smiled.
"You must be a visitor to our Kingdom - we get more of those than we thought we would. My name is Borealis, and I'm one of the members of the Council of Seven, the acting regime of the Kingdom."
"My name is Ardast," the Pearlcatcher managed to get out. "I-I'm a traveling dragon."
Borealis smiled, then turned to Venti. "I'll take Ardast here in. Can you please find someone to find Solaris? We need all ambassadors in the next meeting."
Venti nodded while Ardast asked Borealis, "Are you sure?"
"Of course I'm sure," she playfully bopped his head. "Now come on - for as long as you're here, I'd like to get to know you."
