Biography

YOU SUPPORTED WIND wrote:

The gales prove to be the biggest challenge, at times able to throw you to the ground. Your netting bulges against the wind, threatening to snap at any moment. It would be a miracle the impact of a fish won't suck it across the table and into the canyon; yet your guide insists it will hold.

You can barely hear with the sound of gusts rattling your skull, but after half an hour of survival in this stormy waste it becomes abundantly clear that the fish are far too high for your low net. It would take an accident or act of the chaotic storm to send catch into your claws, and that is precisely what happens.

A legion of fish are sent from the heavens as a tornado whirls to life a half mile away. You can hear a few slap into the earth before they regain control and by sheer chance one stumbles into your net. It thrashes against the threads, the net bowing far lower than you thought possible for it.

And yet, the fish remains caught.

Befriending the fish is a far simpler task. It locks on to the pellets you offer it, ceasing struggle to munch on them. A few pats do not shake its resolve, so you decide to free it from your net. To your surprise, it begins to hover against the wind, staying close to you and your pack of fish food.
