Tisa is a logical dragon, one that does not hold credence to the presence of emotion within oneself nor their research. She values logic and knowledge above all, even her own integrity and physical being. Having heard from the chattering heads of her mother about the sheer power of the Wyrmwound in shaping Aberrations and who they are, she has been fascinated with the seemingly limitless potential of the Plaguebringer's creation ever since. When the time comes for her first pilgrimage and she comes back out with a vibrant and jagged pattern upon her hide, she knows that there needs to be more research into the wound's power.

The only problem is time, and funds, neither of which she has the luxury of when providing for her aging parents and the clan she inhabits. This inability to pursue her scientific passion drives her to leave her home and travel Sornieth, looking for the perfect home. She finds it in Sanitatem, a clan dedicated to health and perfection, but more importantly, there's a great amount of dedicated researchers that understand.

The flight to the Wound from the southern reaches of the Arcanist's territory is a long one, as is the journey back, especially dragging a half-formed dragon created from her own frills cut from her being and dropped into the Wound as an experiment, but she is proud of herself, creating life from her own body, albeit in a way that would make most mothers retch in revulsion.
